Once your application has been submitted through Applitracks, it will be review by an administrator. You will be contacted if you are considered for an interview. The following are some positions that require additional schooling or training:

School Nurses are required to hold a current Georgia LPN or RN License.

Bus Drivers must hold a CDL Driver’s License or complete CDL training offered by the school system.

Other Positions may require additional training or certification dependent upon the actual duties required. The requirements will be listed in the job description when posted.

 

Paraprofessionals/Substitutes:

Meriwether County School System has partnered with ESS to manage our substitute program, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. A leader in K-12 staffing, ESS is now responsible for the hiring, training, and placement of all long-term paraprofessionals and daily substitutes [i.e. teachers, paraprofessionals, custodians, food service workers, clerical personnel, etc.].
