In accordance with O.C.G.A. §20-2-167.1, the Meriwether County Board of
Education will provide an opportunity for public input on its proposed annual
operating budget for the 2026-2027 school year. Such input will be allowed
at the 1st Public Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM and the 2nd
Public Meeting on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:30 PM at the Board Office
located at 2100 Gaston Street, Greenville, GA 30222. This location is also
where the final budget will be adopted on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
